WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Please contact Tre's Eleve' at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to half of the service charge. There are no refunds for gift cards.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time to check in and change. Please be advised that your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear whatever is most comfortable. A robe and sandals will be provided when you arrive at the Spa. Our therapist are trained to drape you appopriateley during the treatment. Pedicure guests are encouraged to bring along a pair of sandals to wear home.

HOW CAN I ENSURE A MEMORABLE SPA EXPERIENCE?

Discuss openly your likes, dislikes, concerns, questions or areas of focus with your therapist before and during treatment.

CAN MEN RECIEVE SPA SERVICES?

Men are invited to enjoy all of the  Spa treatments offered at Tre's Eleve'.
